Alec's Bio
Alec is an up and coming consciousness researcher and coach. He's been working for the past 4 years in an area of neuroscience known as "aphantasia", which describes lack
of visual imagination. For a few years, he was the only coach on the planet offering this specific type of personal development. Alec also loves to explore the bounds of consciousness and metaphysical phenomenon. Truly, he would say what we call "spirituality" is really just a realm of science that we don't yet understand. Therefore, he sees it as extremely important to bring legitimate scientific processes to metaphysical phenomenon. After all, if our consciousness as human beings was not only limited to our physical forms, wouldn't we want to explore that potential fully?

Meet Alec
My Journey
I've always been a mix of scientifically and metaphysically minded. The reality is, when one grows up with intuitive / spiritual types of experiences, it's next to impossible to just write off the potential of their validity in our reality (especially when those experiences are validated by external, objective means).

For the past 4 years, I've been delving these two areas of passion and interest: neuroscience and metaphysics.
​
For a while, I kept the two conversations separate... But now, I'm uniting them under one umbrella.
​
In 2018, I stumbled into a process to develop someone out of the experience of aphantasia, effectively jumpstarting their mind's eye where it wasn't available before. Since then, I've spoken with hundreds of individuals, worked with dozens of people closely on this ability, released independent study results, and now I'll be featured in some officially published collaboration studies between me and UK based neuroscientists. I suppose you could call me a "citizen scientist", when it comes down to it!

During that time I began to teach on metaphysics and intuition, as well, teaching people to access their psi abilities (the official term for psychic phenomenon). I'm also working towards running official studies in this area of consciousness research, in hopes of bringing objective measurements to metaphysical and psi phenomenon.
​
Truly, I believe that in reality "spirituality" is simply a realm of science which we don't fully understand yet. If our current models of physics and consciousness don't explain measurable phenomenon, then let's update those outdated models.
